Plan your visit
Share your street, building, entrance and floor. Let us know about building security or parking restrictions beforehand. Confirm the estimated arrival time and full quote when you call.
A few things you might be wondering
How much will it cost?
The price depends on the lock, the problem, replacement parts and the time of the visit. Confirm the full quote before work begins.
How quickly can you arrive?
Arrival depends on your address, traffic and current availability. Call for an estimate for your location.
Can you open the door without damage?
That depends on the lock and door. We discuss the least invasive suitable approach first and agree any necessary replacement work with you.
What information should I have ready?
Your address, a short description and, if possible, a photo of the lock. For a car or safe, have the make and model ready.
Do I need proof of ownership?
For opening services, prepare identification and evidence of ownership or authorised access. Tell us if your documents are locked inside.
